Window Tinting Review: My family is prone to skin cancer, so protection from the sun on my 85 mile commute home in the afternoon is important to me. I've known about Ceramic Pro for a long time and there's a reason they're a 5 star shop. Just the same, I did my due diligence and called around for the best deal. Falling right in the middle of value for your dollar among other local shops, what stood out to me was the follow up from from their senior sales manager, Jessica. This … More lady is on top of it. Timely call backs/texts? Absolutely, even when it's missed call with no v/m! Clear estimates by email? You bet! Friendly customer service with a smile? 100%. When I came to the shop, it was neat and clean, which I appreciate and their products are displayed digitally in their lobby since they do other stuff besides window tinting; ceramic coating is their bread and butter, I think, hence the name. At first I had some reservations about their proprietary Kavaca IR film they developed in house; I'm familiar with all the popular brands like 3M etc. However, after my first commute from Riverside on a hot day, I immediately noticed a difference…Not only in how hot (noticeably less) my car was inside when I left work, but how quickly my AC was able to cool it down and keep it cool, and how much better my seat ventilators work in the upper 90s on my way home from work. I suspect summer drives will be more of the same. The heat rejection on their top film is fantastic, clearly noticeable, and I don't feel like I'm cooking in my car anymore on the way home. Dave delivered my vehicle to me in a very professional manner, walking me to my vehicle, and doing a final once over on the film before I drove away. He answered all my questions and discussed future services prior to me leaving. If you're still reading this, thank you, and if I have one critique, I had an appointment at 9 and my car wasn't done until 5.5 hours later just to tint 2 windows. Certainly not a deal breaker or anything that would make me seek another vender or rate them less. I've got a new vehicle coming in the summer which I fully intend to bring here for ceramic coating, tint, and protective body film, and that's the best compliment I can give; repeat business and they deserve your consideration.
